Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist
Catie is the founder of Mpowered - an organization dedicated to empowering women to embrace their mental health and providing support throughout their journey. As a licensed clinical social worker and perinatal mental health specialist, Catie has a wealth of knowledge in women's mental health, self-worth, stress, and feminine boundaries. Catie's private practice specializes in anxiety disorders and the debilitating effects it has on the journey hood of women.
Catie is passionate about educating women on the impact of stress on their bodies, minds, relationships, and sexuality. Her goal is to shine a light on women's health and tackle the taboo topics head-on.

Certified Life Coach
Lindsey Lang is a Certified Life Coach with over 15 years of experience guiding women toward unshakable self-confidence, body positivity, and personal empowerment. Since 2008, she has walked alongside women on their journey of transformation, using a deeply holistic approach that integrates mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
With her compassionate yet powerful coaching style, Lindsey helps women reconnect with their inner wisdom, identify their true needs, set healthy boundaries, and rise into their most confident, authentic selves.
Lindsey is driven by a fierce passion for helping women design lives they genuinely love. She is unafraid to dive into the real, raw conversations—especially the ones that are often swept under the rug.
